The Craft
Origins:
Photography began in the darkroom. Working with film demanded patience and precision. Every exposure required commitment. That discipline remains central.
Direction:
After arriving in New Zealand in 2005, the landscapes reshaped the focus of the work. The scale and atmosphere demanded a quieter, more deliberate approach.
Standard:
Each finished photograph is selected for compositional strength and long-term presence within an interior. The aim is not spectacle, but permanence.
